Miranda Wargo is a litigator with experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes, restrictive covenant and trade secret cases, employment-related matters, construction cases, fraud claims, antitrust matters, and class actions. At Gardner Skelton, Miranda supports the firm’s Litigation, Employment, and Construction practices, bringing clear, persuasive written advocacy and thoughtful legal analysis to help clients navigate complex disputes.
Before joining Gardner Skelton, Miranda practiced commercial litigation in Chicago, where she represented clients in state and federal court through all stages of litigation. Her experience includes drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, settlement agreements, and other litigation documents; managing large-scale document reviews and productions; preparing witnesses; conducting and defending depositions; and arguing motions in court.
Miranda also brings international legal experience.
