Kyle McLain previously spent time serving our country in the Air Force. Fortunately for us, his passion for the legal arena brings him to Gardner Skelton as a paralegal/technology specialist. Kyle was instrumental in guiding the transition from a paper system to a more technology-based system and acted as the onsite IT consultant at his former firm. He supported litigation teams in NC Civil and Superior Court, SC Circuit and Magistrate Court and is no stranger to compliance with federal laws and regulations such as FDCPA, TCPA and Regulation F. We are pleased to have him as a member of our Employment Law team.
