Kristy D’Ambrosio began her career in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor before transitioning to civil litigation in New York City, so she is no stranger to the courtroom. In 2019, Kristy returned to her home state of North Carolina and focused her practice on civil litigation where she continues to help clients navigate the legal system toward favorable outcomes. Kristy successfully tried a subrogation case in 2022, winning a $2M verdict for her client.

As a mother of two under five, Kristy has her hands full! When she can, she loves to immerse herself in a good book or work out the kinks while indoor cycling or enjoying a Pilates class. A little traveling with her husband also does the trick.
