We are seeking an attorney with at least three years of healthcare regulatory and transactional experience, including HIPAA, Stark, and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, writing skills, analytical skills, and communication skills. Candidates must have graduated with a J.D. from an American Bar Association-accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar, as of the commencement of employment or within a reasonable period of time thereafter.

Work target is 1,800 billable hours per year. The anticipated salary is $130,000-170,000, plus potential for bonuses. We also offer a competitive benefits package. No book of business required.
