Alissa brings to the Gardner Skelton team a 20+ year career in Human Resources that has both functional and generalist HR experience. Starting as a Benefits Analyst she broadened her skills as an HR Manager and ultimately served at the executive level. She has provided HR support in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, hospitality, and manufacturing/marketing for non-profit, for-profit and private equity companies. As the HR Consultant Alissa will assist our clients with both strategic and day-to-day human resource needs, including hiring and firing, employee and workforce management, regulatory compliance and management and executive training.
