Executive Assistant

Adriana Diaz serves as Executive Assistant to Gardner Skelton’s Managing Partner, Nicole Gardner, while also supporting other partners and firm-wide initiatives. In a role that requires organization, discretion, flexibility, and follow-through, Adriana helps keep the firm running smoothly behind the scenes—coordinating calendars, supporting events, communicating with outside parties, assisting with marketing efforts, and jumping in wherever needed to help the team stay aligned and moving forward.

Before joining Gardner Skelton, Adriana held executive assistant and operations-focused roles in both legal and business environments. Her experience includes supporting managing partners and executives, coordinating meetings and events, managing client and vendor communications, assisting with newsletters and website updates, maintaining internal systems, and helping improve office processes. Known for being organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and helpful, Adriana brings a steady, service-minded approach to a fast-paced role that touches nearly every part of the firm.

More about Adriana

Originally from Florida, Adriana moved to Charlotte in 2025 and has been enjoying the chance to explore a new city. Outside of work, she likes hiking with her dog, Leela, trying new restaurants and desserts, checking out nearby towns and activities, cooking and baking, and relaxing with a good comedy or action movie. She’s adaptable, adventurous, and generally “down for anything”—whether that means pickleball, bowling, a new restaurant, or a walk outside with Leela.
