She began her career at McGuireWoods, where she advised clients on financial services litigation, complex commercial disputes, and regulatory matters, before serving as Corporate Securities and Compliance Counsel at a publicly traded company. At Gardner Skelton, she supports both the Corporate and Litigation teams, with a focus on aligning legal strategy with practical business solutions.

She’s also an engaged member of Harrison United Methodist Church.

Caroline was adopted from South Korea and grew up on a turkey farm in Eastern North Carolina. If you are looking for her outside of the office, she is likely at Park Road Park playing or watching rec softball with her husband. At home, she’s one of the rare cat people in the office. She has strong opinions about bbq, sweet tea, and believes the best conversations happen over a good meal with a great playlist.
