  • Representing individuals and businesses before the United States Tax Court, North Carolina Office of Administrative Hearings, and other applicable state and federal courts

  • Prosecuting appeals from state and federal tax assessments
  • Defending sales and use tax claims by the state Departments of Revenue

  • Negotiating the discharge of state and federal tax liens attached to property
  • Defending federal and state wage garnishment and tax levies against bank accounts and property
  • Preparing and negotiating federal and state offers in compromise and payment agreements
  • Assisting taxpayers in individual and commercial recovery from tax disputes
