John Gibson


John’s experience includes various regulatory and transactional healthcare matters, including fraud and abuse issues, corporate compliance, and privacy and security issues. John advises healthcare providers and vendors on federal and state statutes and regulations, including HIPAA, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act, the Information Blocking Rule, and other cybersecurity laws and regulations regarding protected health information. His experience also includes physician employment agreements, medical director agreements, and other general employment matters across multiple industries. John also assists corporate clients with transactional matters, including contract review and negotiation, business formation, commercial leases, and corporate governance issues.
