Jackie Kinni


Jackie represents clients in matters related to internal investigations and administrative proceedings, including defending against a wide variety of discrimination claims filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Jackie advises organizations on employment needs, including Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and ADA compliance and human resources best practices. She also prepares and reviews employment handbooks, policies, employment agreements, severance agreements, and independent contractor agreements. Jackie also assists clients with internal guidance and operations, including entity selection and formation and the negotiation and preparation of third-party agreements.

Jackie's passion for helping others led her to a career in law where she can help them solve challenges they may be facing both personally and professionally. Jackie is a Florida State football fan, and during her freshman year in college, she experienced the team's ultimate win - the National Championship title. It's easy to find Jackie outdoors, exercising, or reading in her spare time. Jackie also loves dogs and hopes to have one soon.
