Jackie represents clients in matters related to internal investigations and administrative proceedings, including defending against a wide variety of discrimination claims filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Jackie advises organizations on employment needs, including Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and ADA compliance and human resources best practices. She also prepares and reviews employment handbooks, policies, employment agreements, severance agreements, and independent contractor agreements. Jackie also assists clients with internal guidance and operations, including entity selection and formation and the negotiation and preparation of third-party agreements.
