Mitchell’s unique HR background complements his paralegal role at Gardner Skelton and allows him to provide a variety of services to clients at a very reasonable cost, including harassment and management training, and representation of clients in unemployment appeals hearings.
Mitchell served as an officer in the Army and National Guard. He started his professional career with Sears and moved a number of times with them before settling on the west coast of Florida and working for Florida Power Corporation and later, the St. Petersburg Times. In 2005 he moved to Charlotte, joined Citigroup and assumed a new and important role in his life: the role of grandfather.
Mitchell is now semi-retired but has graciously agreed to continue working on various special projects for the firm and its clients.
